This year’s hair show REALLY felt like a real Show ! It has been a few years since i’ve attended . It was in my opinion really started feeling like I was at a Flea Market instead of a hair show. I applaud Mr.Bronner and his staff for really putting on a great show . He did say it was going to be BIGGER and BETTER. In fact they delivered.
When I walked into the Expo I was amazed at the attendance and All the product companies that was in the building. I was like WOW now this is what I remembered when I first started coming to Atlanta. As I continued to walk through , I seen a few companies that I only have seen while attending the Premiere Hair Shows in Orlando.
When i saw the Paul Mitchell setup my exact words were . ” WELL I BE Damn Mr. Bronner ! GET it Get it! “. That was the moment I’m not going to lie, is when I really got excited.
There were a few other companies FHI and Morphe. In which are two of the companies i love and products i use on a daily basis. It would be nice to see other companies like Joico, Pravana, Amica , or even Oplex next year. These are products that work on our hair and stylist need to be educated on other products other than what we are use to seeing. Trust me I know ! I talked to a few stylist who have ONLY attended the Atlanta show and said they didn’t know they can use Paul Mitchell products on our hair. As I told them Paul Mitchell have a relaxer kit. Go Figure!!!!!!…. And yes their products works great on our hair. As well as other “WHITE PEOPLE” products on the Market.
Moving ALONG…… Let’s see what else…HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
There was sooooo many Hair styling and Education going on. I just couldn’t keep up . Some of my Favorites were……
I did see a few familiar faces around the Expo.
I can’t forget about all the far out hair styles and competitions that was going on the main stage.
